Jay

Co FOUNDER & sales director

After a number of years in the recruitment space, specialising in Construction, Jay decided it was time to set up his own company . His vast industry knowledge and network has been fundamental to the success of Pinpoint in its first year of business.

Tommy

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Having spent many years in the recruitment industry Tommy joined in 2020. He has worked both as a full time resourcer and salesperson. Now he heads up the sales for the Thames Valley area.

Phil

Co-FOUNDER & Finance

After a long career in a FTSE Top 10 company as a Marketing Director Phil became co-director of Pinpoint’s sister Training and Leadership development company. The success of which led to the opportunity to expand into the recruitment business which is mainly led by Jay on the sales side.

Liane

RESOURCING MANAGER

Liane joined to become our resourcing Manager in 2019. She heads up our resourcing including placement of candidates. She has a resourcing background having spend 3 years working in the recruitment focusing on resourcing.

Cian

Recruitment Consultant

Cian joined in 2020 to support the resourcing function and has now moved into the sales side. He has already made many placements and is an asset to the team.

Barry

Recruitment Consultant

Barry comes from a recruitment background and is a highly experienced consultant in both temporary and permanent space.
